Learn how to create a Neural Amp Model (NAM) of your amps, pedals, rigs, outboard gear, and signal chains. It’s free and easy!

Creating models of your gear using a dry/wet pair works great when you don’t have access to the gear but have recordings of the DI and matching stem. This method is ideal for:
  • Recreating tones: Perfect for tone matching when the gear is unavailable or you forgot the settings in your chain.
  • Saving time: Avoids the hassle of setting up the gear for sweep signal training if you already have dry/wet recordings.
For example, you can open old sessions and create tone models as long as they include a DI/stem pair. Keep in mind that the resulting tone model works best when the input signal matches the dry signal used during training.
