Description

This is a new release from Behringer and it is housed in a metal casing rather than the usual plastic they use. Primarily a bass fuzz pedal, it can be used for guitar as well. The controls on the pedal are Brass Volume, Sensitivity, Bass Volume, Brass 1/2 and Harmonic 1/2. Brass Volume controls the amount of distorted fuzz bass mixed into your sound. Sensitivity controls the amount of fuzz distortion. Bass Volume controls the amount of undistorted , clean bass mix in your sound. Brass 1/2 Switch toggles between modes to shape the fuzztone. Brass 1 offers more treble bite, Brass 2 emphasises midrange in the distortion. Harmonic 1/2 Switch offers to filter emphasis between higher and lower frequencies. Harmonic 1 is higher frequencies, Harmonic 2 gives a fuller, fatter fuzz sound. For the captures and the names of each file BrVol is Brass Volume and BVol is Bass Volume. The individual names of each file contain the pedal settings. Where the Bass Volume is higher than 0 then your chosen amps gain will be mixed in with the pedal capture. So if you had an ACDC type crunch and Bass Volume of 5 then you will be getting both the crunch and fuzz mixed together. Not sure how well this comes across for NAM but when I use the pedal with a real amp it gives full on doom and drone tones.
